How we handle information and client access
A general overview of our website privacy practices and the confidentiality and access expectations we apply when supporting client operations.
Security controls and access procedures may vary depending on the client's systems, requirements, and service agreement. Specific security requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
Website privacy
This website provides general information about our services. We aim to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate the site.
Standard technical information, such as basic analytics and server logs generated when a page is requested, may be processed by the services that host and deliver this website.
Information submitted through contact forms
When you submit our contact form, you choose what to share — typically your name, email address, company, phone number, the type of support you are exploring, and your message.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. Please do not send confidential case details, customer records, account credentials or other sensitive information through the website contact form.
Confidentiality expectations
Client information is treated as confidential. Our team members are expected to keep client information private, to use it only for the work assigned to them, and not to share it outside the engagement.
Client-authorized system access
Our team members only access client systems when the client authorizes and provisions that access. Clients decide which systems, records and functions their assigned team can reach.
Role-based access when configured by the client
Where a client's systems support role-based permissions and the client configures them, agents work within the permission level assigned to their role.
Individual user credentials when available
When a client's systems allow it, we ask for individual named accounts for each team member rather than shared logins, so activity can be attributed to a specific user.
Employee confidentiality expectations
Team members are informed of confidentiality expectations as part of joining an account, and confidentiality is reinforced during client-specific onboarding.
Client-specific training
Agents are trained on each client's processes, tools and handling requirements before going live, and receive ongoing coaching while the engagement continues.
Secure password practices
We ask team members to follow sensible password practices, to avoid sharing credentials, and to follow any additional password or authentication requirements a client sets.
Performance monitoring
We monitor work quality and performance to support coaching and service quality. Monitoring practices are discussed with the client and applied consistently with the service agreement.
Access removal when an employee leaves an account
When a team member leaves an account or the company, we notify the client so access can be removed, and we request removal of any access we control.
Backup power and internet continuity
Our operations use backup power and redundant internet arrangements intended to reduce interruptions during local outages.
Reporting potential security concerns
If you believe information has been handled improperly, or you notice a potential security concern involving our team or this website, please contact us so we can review it promptly.
